Weslock Handleset Mounting Plates for Elegance & Molten Bronze -requires handing

Weslock replacement inside mounting plate fits many one piece 6000 series Elegance and 7000 Molten Bronze handlesets.  Since these handlesets are popular on very heavy iron doors, the interior mounting plate can become warped and sloppy over time.
Weslock has changed their mounting plate.  Newer plates use a set screw, instead of a clip to attach the knob or lever.  If you need the set screw (newer) style, let me know, otherwise I will ship the old style.
If your plate is warped, broken, or worn out because the original door preparation was out of alignment, a replacement plate may not provide a long term fix.
You will need to determine the door handing to order the correct plate.  If you are unsure of handing, email me a picture of the exterior door, and I will let you know which one you need.  If you are unsure if this is the part you need, please contact me before ordering.  I also stock other replacement parts for Weslock.
