Description

This Vulcan VE40 is an Electric Manual Tilt Skillet. This brising pan will grill, fry, simmer and braise a variety of menu items! Stainless steel front, sides and feet for a durable, long life. The interior features coved interior corners and embossed gallon markings. This Vulcan VE40 cooking surface is bonded to 1/2" thick steel plate. Spring assist cover has a wrap around handle and condensate lip. The skillet also features solid state temperature controls. The pan can be fully tilted to empty completely. This braising pan is available in 208V or 240V, single or three phase or 408V, three phase. The 40 Gallon capacity skillet has flat firebar heating elements for even heat distribution and water tight controls and enclosures.
