Vintage Fame Fabrics chef jacket in white with 12 knot button closures. This jacket is new old stock bought in the 1990's and never worn.
It is a men's size 42-44 but can be worn by men or women. That's me in the photograph and I am only 5'1' so you can get some idea of the length.
