    Let's begin with the fact that I know very little about compasses or CAD tools.  I can tell you how it looks and that it works beautifully.
    This compass set may have been used a couple of times or not at all.  It is in like new condition.  The original packaging has minimal to average signs of wear from being carried in a CAD briefcase type item.
