"In 1920, the lettering on the mark was changed to ‘POPE-GOSSER CHINA’ in all capital letters. They began including “MADE IN U.S.A.” in late 1920’s through about 1931. Re-introduced later & continued into the 1940’s, when they began using the tureen mark."
