Pope Gosser Antique 18 Inch Serving Platter Pink Flowers

Description

This is a extra large serving platter by Pope Gosser which has been decorated in a Gosser 's elegant floral motif displaying garlands of cabbage roses in various shades of pink, with hand applied detailing in gold accents. This pattern is very close to the  Florence so it would add a nice complement to that set.  This particular item was made sometime prior to 1958 when the company closed it's doors.
This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The gold trim shows extremely little wear. The piece stands 1 3/4" tall and is 18 1/4" long and 12 3/4" wide.  This is a very large and heavy platter.  Weighs 5 lbs.  It takes a large box to make sure the platter is packed properly
