NEW Permanent Paint Markers 18 assorted colors - oil based - detail markers

Permanent Paint Markers 18 assorted colors. Condition is "New". Shipped with USPS Mail.  These markers are my absolute favorite to use when I need to do detail work... especially on those pesky small wood pieces that for signs, ornaments, or tiered tray sets!  I have tried several brands, and these by far are the best!!  And they don't cost an arm and a leg like POSCA ones
PSA:  There have been several delays lately with shipping.  Over half of the packages are not getting scanned in.  Some tracking will show "pre-shipment" and then the very next movement will show "delivered".  I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER HOW THE USPS HANDLES THEIR OVERLOAD OF PACKAGES.  They are completely overwhelmed right now and aren't scanning in about half of their packages (on purpose) - straight from the mouth of the annex post office manager in my area. If you are having a problem with your shipping/tracking - you must contact me.  If you open a case against me for not receiving your package without contacting me first - you will be banned/blocked from any future purchases or bids!  Sorry, but I cannot be held accountable for the USPS not scanning in packages and/your package arriving late.  One of my monthly auto-ships was mailed out on February 25th, and I just received it on March 23rd -- so the problem is everywhere!
