We are unable to determine the temperature inside because the thermostat gauge is not working. No water was used to test. Item has some rust spots on the back and a few other cosmetic surface marks.     Incubator powers on but does not seem to function properly.  It takes a very long time to heat and does not get very hot inside.  We are unable to determine the temperature inside because the thermostat gauge is not working.  Item has some rust spots on the back and a few other cosmetic surface marks.  Please see pictures for actual physical condition.
