DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic lower 48 free shipping is expedited. We do our best to ship most items within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Most orders are in transit for two days but some may take longer. Again, we ship within the stated processing and handling time unless otherwise stated. If you have a specific time frame please contact us before you make the purchase.

If you purchase these products to use in a country outside of the United States we cannot guarantee they will work properly. We assume no responsibility if the items malfunction or cause an accident because one tried to use the product with foreign electrical standards. Returns
With a few exceptions, regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of the return.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 30% of the item(s)' cost.
Our Return Policy does not cover any item for ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by accident, natural disaster, improper care or use, or the natural breakdown of colors or materials over extended time and use.
Any returns received that do not qualify for our Return Policy will be returned to the customer at their expense. This includes items that are non-returnable, damaged, mis-used or not purchased from our store.
We do not accept packages that are shipped COD or freight collect.
We do not provide an exchange option. Simply place a new order for the desired merchandise. Since items tend to sell out quickly, we recommend immediately placing an order for the replacement merchandise.
