There are not much explanation to add here. I have excellent black winter truffles from Umbria (Italy) which I grate manually and simply mix it with high quality olive oil and egg. It is an incomparable aroma at affordable price (*please check with wide ranged American varieties and factory made truffle butters offered by others).  If it comes to truffle I am not messing around, it means:
You can be 100% sure that I use first quality materials.
I genuinely believe that everything has to be excellent if it comes to truffle.
I'm using enough truffle to make the recipe outspokenly great and aromatic. It's not just a “pinch of truffle” and "tones of Mayo". You will experience there are lots of
