This is good stuff.  this is very hard to find and comes from the lab of a Fortune 500 Company.  Appears to have very little use.  the red control box has been pulled from base and I am not sure why.  It will work, but may need tweaking, this is why I am selling for a bit more than other Binder.    this is banded to a pallet and read to ship.
