Handling / Order Processing Time:
Shipping is usually made within 1-3 business days. The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 14 calendar days from delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original parts and materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened, used or damaged items, depending on the condition.
Items returned under Buyer's remorse: The return shipping cost will be covered by the Buyer; the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 20% restocking fee of the item purchase price will be charged.
Returns that are results of Seller's error: Buyer will receive a full refund of the item cost as well as the shipping charges.
All returns require a RAN (Return Authorization Number) that is given by the Seller. Please contact us for details.
Defective & Damaged Goods
If the product is received damaged or not as described, please send us some pictures or videos explaining the issue for resolving it ASAP. These pictures will also help to process a claim with post or courier service, and make packaging procedure adjustments in our shipping department.
Defective or damaged goods can only be made to the exact same items as purchased. Refunds are returned using the payment method of the original purchase.
